Shipping is charged at checkout. The shipping rate for your order is shown at checkout before you pay, based on the products and their weight — shipping is not free, except for a bundle product where free shipping is specifically stated on that product page.

Every item is made to order just for you. Please allow time for production, plus delivery time within Canada as shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by product. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

International orders: customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every piece is printed on demand specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing — please check our Size Guide carefully before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at marketingsense519@gmail.com with a photo of the issue, and we will replace it free of charge.
